About the Artist

Cong Binh Thieu strives to blur the line between the real and the imaginary in his work, by depicting land, rivers, houses, and trees in a surreal form. He was born in 1974 in Long An, Vietnam and graduated from the Fine Arts University of Ho Chi Minh City. His work can be found in private collections throughout Singapore, France, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Malaysia, as well as displayed at past worldwide exhibitions in 2000, 2001, 2003 and 2006.
